Body Back Drop In Class

This is our mom only workout program. During this class you will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes a 60-minute high-intensity interval workout (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you for the week. We offer drop in classes two times per week for this program.
