Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.more

Body Back® is a results-based high intensity interval workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago!
***Program Details***
-8-week HIIT (results based high intensity interval training workout) with meal planning.
-Moms need to be at least 3 months postpartum.

-Weekly Meal and Fitness Planning.
-Before and after fitness assessments.
-At home workout videos for off-days.
-Group support and interaction from other moms.
-Indiviualized coaching and support from your instructor throughout the program.

Class Location- L&A Healing Studio (1620 S Michigan Ave)

Class Schedule- Wednesdays 7:30pm/Satrudays 7:45am beginning April 18th

*Body Back is not appropriate for expectant moms- please check out our prenatal program Fit4Baby or Stroller Strides or Stroller Barre! It is also recommended that you be at least 3 months post-partum before beginning this program.
