FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering prenatal and postnatal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. Our programs include prenatal Fit4Baby®, Stroller Strides®, Stroller Barre®, Body Back®, and we offer Our Village - FIT4MOM Chicago Loop, serving Downtown Chicago, including the South Loop, West Loop, River North, River East, River West, and Gold Coast neighborhoods. Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Stroller Strides® is a stroller fitness program designed for moms with little ones focusing on cardiovascular exercises, muscle strengthening, and core exercises using the stroller and environment for a total body workout. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy. Body Back® is a results-based high intensity interval 8-week program designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago!
