FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering prenatal and postnatal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. Our programs include Fit4Baby® (prenatal), Stroller Strides®, Stroller Barre®, and Body Back®, serving Downtown Chicago, including the South Loop, West Loop, River North, River East, River West, and Gold Coast neighborhoods.
All classes are currently offered indoors. Starting May 4, 2015, Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre classes will be held outdoors in Mary Bartelme Park. Please check our Facebook page and website for class updates.
Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Stroller Strides® is a stroller fitness program designed for moms with little ones focusing on cardiovascular exercises, muscle strengthening, and core exercises using the stroller and environment for a total body workout. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy. Body Back® is a results-based high intensity interval 8-week program designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago!
